Kardamas olive oil can be poured right onto a dish to be enjoyed with your favorite bread. Add different herbs and spices into the oil to try something new.
2 cups Kardamas olive oil 2 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese 1 tbsp each dried basil, dried parsley, minced garlic 1 tsp each dried thyme, dried oregano, ground black pepper 1/2 tsp each dried crushed rosemary, salt crushed red pepper, lemon juice
Instructions: 1. Stir spices together in a bowl, excluding the Parmesan. 2. Add mixture to olive oil, and sprinkle Parmesan on top. 3. Enjoy your Kardamas olive oil with bread!
Cranberry Pesto Crostini
Ingredients: Goat Cheese 1 clove garlic 1cupeach dried cranberries, basil 1/2 cup parmesan chees 1/4 cup each Kardamas olive oil, toasted walnuts, minced parsley 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 24 crackers or baguette rounds of your choice
1. In a food processor, finely dice the garlic. Add the cranberries, walnuts, red pepper, and basil then process again. 2. Place the mixture in a bowl and stir in the olive oil, along with the cheese and parsley 3. On each cracker, spread a teaspoon of goat cheese, and then top it off with a tablespoon of the pesto.
