Sauteed Pork Chops
4 chops of pork 2 tbsp. Kardamas olive oil Add salt and pepper to taste
1. Cover the surface of the pan in olive oil and heat over a medium setting. 2. After seasoning the pork, lay it onto the pan to cook for 6-8 minutes. Turn each chop once during the duration. 3. Enjoy your Kardamas pork chops!
Ingredients: 1 turkey (approx. 12 lbs) 3/4 cup Kardamas olive oil 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. dried basil 1 tsp. ground sage 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 cups water Instructions: 1. Preheat over to 325 degrees F. 2. Clean turkey, removing giblets and organs, and place in pan with lid. 3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and spices/dry ingredients. Baste turkey with mixture. Pour water into bottom of roasting pan and cover. 4. Bake 3-3 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature of thickest part of thigh is 180 degrees F. 5. Enjoy your Kardamas turkey!
