Cut a few slices of bread and put them in the hot oven until they are crispy and get a nice golden colour. When they are done and ready, pass the garlic clove over them (careful, they are still hot - don’t burn your hands), but be gentle with that. You don’t want the strong aroma of the garlic to cover the rest of the flavours too much.

Arrange your bruschetta slices on a plate and sprinkle them with plenty of Kardamas extra virgin olive oil, natural sea salt and a sprinkling of wild oregano.

Serve hot.

Tip#1: if you want to add some color to your dish, add some chopped tomatoes to your bruschetta slices. You will then be serving a wonderful appetizer in different versions, alternating the original recipe just a little bit.

Tip#2: Bruschette is also a good idea to recycle a 2 or 3 days’ stale bread. Once baked, it will taste great!

Buon Appetito!
