Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar Recipe


This light and healthy dressing is excellent served with bread, pasta and salads.  It adds a striking angle of flavor to any dish!



• 1 sprig each oregano

• 1 sprig each thyme

• 1 cup of Kardamas olive oil

• 1 quarter cup of balsamic vinegar

• To taste salt and pepper



1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients together.

2. Serve immediately or save it for later in a sealed container.
