Origin: Our EVOO is produced in the Greek village of Kardamas in Peloponnese, an area well-known in the whole world for its high quality olive oils.

Cold Pressed: Without chemical processing, additives or any form of heat used. In order for an olive oil to be considered extra virgin olive oil, also known as EVOO, it absolutely needs to be cold pressed, in temperatures below 75 degrees, which means the olives are crushed into a pulp from pressing and this process should never exceed the indicated temperature.

Looks: Our 500ml EVOO is bottled in high quality “Dorica” bottles. These dark colored bottles are carefully designed to store our extra virgin olive oil properly, which needs to always be protected from sunlight in order to avoid going rancid and losing all its healthy components that make it so special. Never buy extra virgin olive oil in light colored or plastic bottles.

Taste and aroma: The high content in polyphenols in our EVOO, give it that spicy and bitter flavor, which you should always look for in a premium quality olive oil. It will pleasantly surprise you with its earthy and fruity aromas.
