Directions

In a glass jar mix 60 grams of sea salt and 120 ml of olive oil. You can add drops of our favorite essential oil if you wish. Directions

Divide the hair into 4-5 parts and apply 1-2 tablespoons of sea salt directly on your scalp.  Gently massage it into your scalp with wet fingers for about 10-15 minutes. Then wash your hair as usual and you’ll see the results immediate!

Directions

Mix 1 tbsp. Kardamas natural sea salt, 1 tablespoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and half a cup of hot water in a small bowl. Soak your nails in the solution for 10 minutes and then scrub with a brush. Rinse and moisturize with hand cream. Repeat this procedure regularly for better and longer results.
