Healthy Baked Salmon Dinner Recipe


This healthy family favorite is easy and great for crowds! Try our lightly baked salmon dinner recipe with rice, pasta or a salad.


• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 6 tbsp. Kardamas olive oil
• 1 tsp. dried basil
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped


1. In medium bowl, prepare marinade.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
3. Place fillets on aluminum foil, cover with marinade and seal.
4. Bake 35-45 minutes, until easily flaked with fork.
